CANCELLATION POLICY
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to eans2019.hotel@aimgroup.eu
cancellation by August 22, 2019: one night cancellation fee
cancellation as from the August 23, 2019: NO refund will be provided for any change or cancellation
